After 5 incredible years of pouring our hearts into building YANZ, Harrison and I have decided to step away from our current roles of CEO and Operations Manager. It is such a bittersweet feeling - but both of us are feeling energised by the prospect of bringing some new voices and leaders into the YANZ whānau. The time is right for fresh perspectives to drive our organisation forward. ☀️

The transition process will be phased over the next few months, with the first step beginning today: we’re hiring our new CEO! If you know any amazing, values-driven leaders that might be interested in leading and supporting an impactful youth-led organisation, please share this opportunity with them.

This role will be a little unique compared to other CEO roles - with no traditional management experience required, and many months of fulltime support from me and the team available to ensure the successful applicant is able to feel empowered as they step into the role. 🫶🏻
