The artists are all set for The Rangatahi Open Mic - are YOU?

Kia ora koutou,

Our second installment of the Rangatahi Open Mic is almost here, and we would love to see you on Sunday 15 March.

This is a fun, all ages evening where young performers take the stage, try new things and share their creativity with a supportive crowd.

Why does an event like this matter? Young artists need places where they can build confidence and be surrounded by people who want to see them grow. Your presence helps make that happen!

If you’ve already signed-up to perform, make sure you get your friends and whānau to RSVP now!

What to expect when you come along

  • A friendly and supportive space, led by industry professionals

  • A mix of new and emerging artists performing music, stories and creative work

  • A calm environment where parents, caregivers and whānau can enjoy an evening together

  • Sunday 15 March 2026

  • 5:30pm to 8:30pm - Doors open for audience at 5pm

  • Movespace, 473 Dominion Road, Mt Eden

    • Parking is available on Brixton Road, or any of the side streets off Dominion Road
